HYDERABAD, Oct 17: The collection of Abiana for the Kharif season 2003 in the Left Bank Canal Command Area will be started under a new system by the Area Water Board and farmers’ organizations from Nov 1 to 30.

According to schedule, approved at the 16th monthly meeting of the board held at its Hyderabad camp office on Thursday, growers will be issued Abiana bills up to Oct 30.

The chairman of the board, Abdul Ghafoor Nizamani, presided over the meeting.—Bureau
