Motorcycle snatcher killed in Quetta

QUETTA: A motorcycle snatcher was killed while his accomplice escaped with the vehicle near Sariab here on Monday.

According to police, a man was going home on his motorbike when the two armed bandits intercepted him and took it away.

A citizen opened fire at the fleeing men, leaving one of them dead, but the other escaped with the motorcycle.

The body was taken to the civil hospital’s morgue.

Meanwhile, a kidnapped doctor returned home in Pishin after spending three months in captivity. Dr Abdul Ghaffar had been kidnapped from Haramzai area.—APP
