KARACHI: KU senate meeting postponed

KARACHI, Oct 15: The senate meeting of Karachi University, scheduled for Oct 21, has been postponed due to the unavailability of the governor.

This was notified by the University of Karachi on Wednesday.

The notification stated that the meeting would now be held on Dec 22 at 12 noon in the arts auditorium.

It is worth mentioning here that the last meeting of KU Senate was held in 1999 and later the scheduled meeting was postponed thrice owing to the unavailability of successive governors. —PPI
