ISLAMABAD, Oct 14: Opposition parties in the National Assembly on Tuesday continued their protest against the Legal Framework Order.

Members of opposition parties staged a walk out after 10 minutes of shouting and desk thumping.

Opposition leaders, including Qazi Hussain Ahmed, Raja Pervaiz Ashraf, Nayyar Bokhari, Liaqat Baloch and Makhdoom Javed Hashmi later approached the press gallery.

Journalists had also boycotted the National Assembly’s session to protest against the murder of one of their colleague in Shikarpur. Opposition leaders condemned the killing, and called for the immediate arrest of the culprits.—APP
