MARDAN, Dec 23: A number of refugees from northern Afghanistan have left Mardan after the Bonn moot.
Ahmed Shah of Paghman, who migrated from Afghanistan 10 years back, said most refugees belonging to northern Afghanistan had left as they were well off people but were the victims of conflicts in Afghanistan.
