Reham Khan to launch film production career with Jaanan?

Since assuming her role as the first lady of KPK, Reham Khan has been bent on changing the image of the province through the medium of film.
Khan is said to have two films lined up in production, one of which is Jaanan.
Jaanan's lead star, the UK-based actress Armeena Rana Khan, spoke to Asian Image about her role in the film.

Rana Khan, who's become a familiar face for TV audiences through her roles in TV dramas Ishq Parast and Karb, will also be seen in Yalghaar and Bin Roye, but says that Jaanan will be a first for local cinema.
“We are currently in pre-production and although I can’t reveal too (many details), I can reveal that it will showcase Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) and its people in a positive light.”
Khan herself has shared that Jaanan will be a romantic comedy about a Pakhtun family.

Imran Kazmi joins Reham Khan in producing the film, which has been written by Osman Khalid Butt.

She ,Reham Khan will destroy the future of Imran Khan unintentionally, unknowingly.
Although I don't see it negatively but I know Pakistani society better than both Khans.
I would strongly recommend/request IK to be prudent.

Please stop her. Please don't do this for the sake of nation and for Khan.
It will not go through masses positively.
You can fix problems if you are loved by masses. You can win elements.
If you go into the business of films industry Poeple will be swayed away by the opponents propaganda.

This makes sense, looking at the past and the recent Dawn Headline, "Pakistani Media, Independent but Irresponsible" and the other personal attacks on IK's cricket-era life (about which he most seriously backed off, read his book). I hope IK is able to see the make-up of cultural and social side of Pakistani society as much as he is able to see the corruption and plight.

A vast majority of Pakistan's illitrate voters from non-urban constituencies wouldn't like IK's wife making films. Concept of film making has a totally different view among these people. Aren't these politicians a bit short sighted as they see things either with their own eyes or with of those whome they have daily social life with. She has already cost PTI a lot due to the mysterious way she came to Pakistan with obvious targets.

A really bad choice considering Pakistan's social dimentions. There are many other sober areas of charity works which should have adopted instead of going in to showbiz. Her choices are actually inability of IK in making better choices.

Can you please make sure that women in KPK govt are allowed to vote? Can we include half of the population in our democratic process? Can you continue to agitate against the election of others while half of the population is deprived of their basic right? By the way which nationality,oops! ethnic group, the lead actress Ameena Rana Khan belong to: Is she a Rana, a Khan or a Pashtoon. According my little knowledge, Rana, Rao etc are a migrant community from India. Khan, on the other hand is a surname widely used by both Pashtoons and non-Pashtoons.
