Sindh Cup snooker from Dec 1

KARACHI, Sept 24: The 12th Red and White Sindh Cup will be held at Alay’s Snooker Parlor from Dec 1, secretary Sindh Billiards and Snooker Association (SBSA) Sikander Ali Badaruddin announced on Wednesday.

The event will carry a prize money of Rs 60,000 and championship will open to all cueists from the Sindh province. Last year a record 266 players featured in the fortnight event.

The event will also serve as the qualifying rounds as eight of the top of eight Sindh players will qualify for national championship.

The last date of entry is Nov 15. Kashif Khan would be defending his title in the event.
