10 injured as school roof sheds rubble

KHAIRPUR, Sept 22: Ten students of primary classes of boys primary school Khan Wahan were injured on Monday when rubble from the roof of a classroom fell on them.

KILLED: A man was killed over an old enmity in the limits of Ahmedpur police station Kingri taluka on Monday.

Mohammad Hassan, son of Shaman Maitlo, was on his way to Ahmedpur town from Taloo Bhando village when four men killed him and fled.

ROBBERY: Passengers of a Karachi-bound bus were deprived of their valuables by some highwaymen near Mithri the other day.

The armed men stopped the bus and forced driver Shafqat Arain to turn the bus to a secluded place where they snatched jewellery, cash, cell phones and other valuables from passengers.

PR TEAM: A team of Pakistan Railways, Sukkur, visited Gambat station the other day to inspect the place where a bogey of the Awam Express was derailed a few days back.
