KARACHI: KU book fair begins today

KARACHI, Sept 22: A three-day book fair will begin at the Karachi University from Sept 23.

This was announced by a spokesman of the varsity in a statement on Monday.

He said that KU Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Zafar Saeed Saifi, would inaugurate the fair being held under the auspices of the Dr Mahmood Hussain Library of the varsity.

Prominent foreign and local publishers and booksellers would participate in the fair, where special discount on the text as well as other books would be offered, he added.

The varsity spokesman said that the fair would continue till Sept 25.—APP
