KARACHI, Sept 14: Bandits took away 105 vehicles, including 44 cars and 61 motorcycles, during the last one week in various parts of the city.

According to the police statistics, 24 cars were taken away at gunpoint by the bandits and 20 others were stolen in Nazimabad Gulshan-i-Iqbal, Gulistan-i-Johar, F.B. Area, Clifton, Defence, Jamshed Quarters, Saddar, etc.

A total of 18 motorcycles were taken away at gunpoint and 43 were stolen in Gulberg, New Karachi, Defence, Korangi, Landhi, Lyari, North Nazimabad, Nazimabad, Saddar, Gulshan-i-Iqbal, Aziz Bhatti and other areas.

Police claimed to have recovered 76 cars and motorcycles during the week from different parts of the city.
