Fashion Designer Ayesha Ibrahim presented a fashion show at the opening of her first flagship store in Karachi, featuring her signature bridal wear as well as her contemporary line which focused on the fusion of eastern aesthetics with western sensibility.

Concentrating on artisan craftsmanship of Pakistan which is popular here and abroad the clothes presented by the designer at the show had embellishment techniques on vibrant colours as well as seasonal hues. Intricate gold work in kamdani, dabka and beads for bridal wear on red, green and indigo along with her chic, elegant yet simple western wear on silks and cottons were displayed by the models with aplomb.

The launch was attended by fashion industry stalwarts, socialites, celebrities and distinguished media personalities.
