VEHARI, Sept 11: The police arrested on Wednesday night three activists of the Sipah-i-Sahaba Pakistan from Lodhran suburbs, sources said here on Thursday.

Vehari and Lodhran police jointly raided a hideout on receiving information and arrested Abdul Manaf, Nadeem Aftab and Sher Muhammad.

Meanwhile, police and Elite Force have increased patrol and checking of vehicles after the SSP men’s arrest. It caused undue inconvenience to the people who protested against the police for their misbehaviour during checking.
