NAUSHAHRO FEROZE, Sept 9: The people held a demonstration and observed a sit-in opposite the Mukhtiarkar office, Kandiaro, on Monday to protest against the issuance of detection bills by Hyderabad Electric Supply Company, disconnection of streetlights, and absence of doctors at the Taluka Hospital, Kandiaro.

The protesters were led by PPP leader Syed Aftab Ail Shah, Qurban Gadahi, and Mir Mohammad Pirzado of the Sarafa Association.

The shopkeepers closed their shops and participated in the protest.
