QUETTA: The Frontier Corps apprehended 14 people, including six Afghan and an Iranian national, for illegally crossing the Iranian border in Makran on Monday.

According to a spokesman, FC Makran Scouts searched a vehicle in Gibbon area of Makran division and arrested the 14 people for illegally crossing the border. “The six Afghans, one Iranian national and seven Pakistani citizens could not present their travelling documents,” he said.

He said the suspects had been handed over to the Federal Investigation Agency for interrogation.
