YOUTHS are becoming addicted to Wifi. Professor Mark Griffiths, Nottingham Trent University, says that studies show that between one and three per cent of Internet users may be genuinely addicted, and teenagers outnumber any other age group when they use the Internet even while going to bed.
These online-instant connections have resulted in the decline of face-to-face meetings because people are seen busy with their gadgets most of the time, which lead to isolation and related disorders.
So for a person to enjoy a healthy lifestyle it is necessary to strike a balance between the virtual and the real word.
