KARACHI: AIOU holds debate

KARACHI, Sept 5: Zakia Wasim of Jamia Millia Government College won the debate competition organised by Allama Iqbal Open University, Regional Campus Karachi, in connection with the Independence Day celebrations.

According to results, Waqar Ahmed of Government Degree College, Korangi, stood second.

Adeela Malik of St. Joseph’s Government College for Women was declared third.

Nasim Bano of St. Joseph’s College for Women won the national songs competition. As many as 30 students drawn from 15 colleges in Karachi participated in the contests.—APP
