HYDERABAD: Activists of the Hyderabad chapters of the Jamaatud Dawa (JuD) and the Communist Party of Pakistan (CPP) staged rallies outside the press club here on Thursday to condemn latest Israeli aggression on Gaza in Palestine.

The JuD activists chanted slogans against Israel, the US and India and burnt Israeli flag to vent their anger.

JuD emir Faisal Nadeem who led the protest said that Israel and India had designs to crush all resistance movements of Muslims and harm Pakistan’s nuclear assets.

He said that Israel was killing innocent Palestinians with the support of the US which condoned all its actions. They urged all Muslim countries to get united to save the hapless and defenseless poor Palestinians from Israel.

Activists of the Communist Party of Pakistan held a demonstration outside the press club in which members of Muslim, Hindu and Christians communities participated.

Comrade Imdad Kazi and other leaders of the Communist Party who led the protest said the US was trying to foment chaos in Arab countries to weaken them internally and divide the world on the basis of religion.

They strongly condemned the bombardment of Israel on Gaza and demanded that Israel be dragged to the international court for war crimes against Palestinians. They appealed to the UN to take an action against the Israel’s offensive.
