HYDERABAD: Students of various public and private universities and colleges took out a rally in protest against atrocities being committed by Israel at Gaza in Palestine on Sunday.

They started their march from Wadhu Wah, Qasimabad and converged on the local press club. Carrying flags of Palestine and wearing armbands, the participants chanted vociferous slogans: ‘Stop killings of innocent Palestinians’, ‘Israel is the real terrorist’, Free Gaza’, etc.

The students leading the rally were Sher Zaman Shah, Adil Bugio, Zia Khanzada, Hamza Khanzada and others.

They clamoured against Israel’s atrocities-cum-injustices and expressed dismay over silence of the UN, the US and rulers of Pakistan and other Muslim countries.

They said that every Muslim must come out of his home and express solidarity with Palestinians who were being killed and injured by Israel army.

They described the US and human rights organisations like the UN as puppets of Israel who were also allegedly involved in such terrorism at Gaza.

They said that rulers of Pakistan and other Muslim states must play their important role in saving innocent Palestinians from cruel Israel. They said that all Muslim countries must be united and take a strong and united stand against Israel immediately.
