RAWALPINDI, July 15: The Anti-Terrorism Court No-2 judge, Safdar Hussain Malik, on Tuesday sent two accused to Adiala Jail on judicial remand in a terrorism case.

The two accused, Faisal Mehmood and Nazir Ahmad, have been charged with shooting and injuring 11 people in the jurisdiction of Gujar Khan Police Station.

Meanwhile, the additional district and sessions judge, Mian Mohammad Shafi, issued non-bailable arrest warrant for the SHO of Waras Khan Police Station for not presenting the records in a Hudood case, despite receiving the court directives in this regard.

Similarly, the district and sessions judge, Dost Mohammad Khemta, issued show-case notice to the SHO and a sub-inspector of Ganjmandi Police Station for not appearing before the court in a narcotics case to record their statement.
