AT Tehsil Municipal Corporation, Attock, the cleanliness department is least bothered about performing its primary duties. There are garbage dumps in front of hospitals, government departments and elsewhere.

People cannot pass through these areas because of the stink. Diseases are spreading but there is no effort to bring the department concerned to book.

The sanitary inspector is not trained to carry out the job properly. Previously he was a clerk at Choungi. Later he was appointed as sanitary inspector on having a strong connection in the right place.

The people of Attock demand the posting of an efficient person to resolve the problem.
