QUETTA, July 9: A Balochistan High Court division bench on Tuesday directed the police to produce a kidnapped girl before it on Thursday.

The bench comprising Chief Justice Raja Fayyaz Ahmed and Justice Akhtar Zaman, hearing an application of the girl’s father, Noor Ali, asked the Brewery police station SHO to produce on the next hearing, Sharifa Bibi, who was kidnapped four years back.

The applicant submitted that his daughter was kidnapped on Nov 11, 1997, and kept in Dab Khanozai in the house of Abdul Ahad and Abdul Sattar and now she has been shifted to the Edhi Home. He prayed that the girl should be handed over to him.

#DEATH SENTENCE:# Zhob Sessions Court Judge Amanullah Baloch convicted Faridullah of murdering Samir Khan last year and awarded him capital punishment.
