PCB appoints regional chiefs

LAHORE, July 8: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has also appointed presidents of NWFP and Balochistan cricket associations.

The acting PCB chief executive Zakir Khan told Dawn late  on Tuesday that Anwar Zeb had been appointed president of NWFP Cricket Association while Ameenullah Raisani of Balochistan Cricket Association.

To a question Zakir said that it was impossible to elect the president of newly formed provincial cricket associations through elections.
