ISLAMABAD, July 5: The Federal Judicial Academy should play its role in enhancing the skills of judges to improve their performance.

This was stated by the ministry of law and justice principal secretary, Mohammad Nawaz Abbasi, while awarding degrees to trainee judges here on Saturday.

He asked the presiding officers to dispose of cases within a fixed period and keep a check on office staff to avoid corruption.

It is the duty of all judicial officers to train their staff in order to get better results and ensure quick disposal of cases, he said.
