LAHORE, June 29: The Punjab Auqaf Department has started free teaching classes of the Holy Quran for students at its 11 central mosques in the province.

The objective of the course is to provide free of cost learning facility to the students during summer vacation.

The course will continue till Sept 9 at the Badshahi Mosque, Dars Waddey

Mian Sahib (Lahore), Madressah Tarteelul Quran (Rawalpindi), Jamia Abbasia (Murree) and other mosques in Sargodha, Okara, Jahanian, Bahawalpur, Multan and Faisalabad.

The students will get certificates on successful completion of the course.—APP
