KARACHI, Dec 14: A contractor of the zoological gardens has been issued notice by the zoo management for issuing fake entry tickets.

The director of the zoological gardens, Mansoor Qazi, has issued notice to the contractor of the zoo’s snake museum for issuing fake tickets to the public.

The contractor had been charging up to Rs 5 per person and no price was mentioned on the tickets given to visitors. The action was initiated on public complaints and press reports.

Responding to a Dawn query, the director said that the government-approved fee for entry to the museum was Rs 2 for adults and Rs 1 for children.
