KARACHI, June 14: National Database and Registration Authority (Nadra) has established its complaint management centres at Karachi and Lahore to facilitate applicants to obtain information about their computerized national identity cards.

According to a press release issued on Saturday, these centres will be working 24 hours after their testing phase.

The centres are, however, providing all the facilities to the customers through local phone call on universal access number (UAN) 111-786-100, without any time constraints.

It said that after the activation of Karachi and Lahore centres, residents of Karachi, Sukkur, Multan, Sargodha, Lahore, Islamabad and Peshawar would be able to avail the facility on a local call. Quetta and few other cities would also get the facility soon, the press release added.

It said that customer service officers were available on these centres from 8am to 11pm.
