Farhan century propels Zone-II

KARACHI, June 13: Farhan Rafique scored a brilliant unbeaten 101 with the help of 12 boundries and 49 by Arsalan Fazal helped KCCA Zone-II Whites to easily beat Zone-III Green by 184 runs in the KCCA Intern Zonal Under-15 cricket tournament here at Asifabad Sports Ground on Thursday.

Batting first KCCA-Zone-II Whites scored 242 for six wicket. Farhan Rafiq Zaheer Hussain (2-52) and Ali Masood (2-47) shared the bowling honours for the losers.

KCCA-Zone-III Greens were bundled out for out for 58. Sufyan Qayum 16 and Zaheer Hussain 14 were the only batsmen to reach double figures. Saad Aslam (3-18), Lodhi (3-10) and Sami (Arshad 2-24) were pick of the bowlers for the winners.— PPI
