KARACHI, Dec 13: The Sindh Government has decided that all functions performed and appointments held by Divisional Commissioners/Deputy Commissioners in their ex-officio capacity shall now be performed /held by district coordination officers (DCOs) in their respective districts, says a press release issued here on Thursday. — PPI
