CHITRAL, June 10: The budget session of Tehsil Council Chitral took a strange turn when its convener abstained from the house, saying that he was unaware of the session, which had been convened by the Nazim without informing him.
Out of the 23 members, only 11 had turned up for the meeting, which started two hours late.
The session was presided over by Maghfirat Shah, a member of the council, who criticized the absent members.
