KARACHI, June 10: Syed Abid Jaferri, a candidate of the Mohajir Qaumi Movement in the NA-255 byelections, has lodged a complaint with the chief election commissioner about impediments allegedly created by the provincial government in his election campaign.
“I am unable to continue my election activities due to political victimisation,” alleged Mr Rizvi in his letter claiming that police had become a tool in the hand of the Muttahida.
He said that the offices of the Mohajir Qaumi Movement were being handed to the Muttahida activists.
