KARACHI, June 9: Sindh minister for industries, labour and transport, Adil Siddiuqi, has stressed on the need for beautiful parks and good roads in the city to promote healthy activities.

While inaugurating two roads in UC-4 and UC-5 of Liaquatabad town, the minister said that all the Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) MPAs were working round the clock to serve the people of the province.

He said that work on both roads was being carried out from the development funds allocated to MPAs.

Speaking at a public gathering, on the occasion, he urged the MQM workers to keep the directives of their chief, Altaf Hussain, in mind, and work for the welfare and uplift of the people.

‘We should not forget martyrs of the nation and those who made sacrifices for collective cause’, Mr Siddiqui said before offering Fateha for the departed souls.—PPI
