KARACHI, June 2: Three ships carrying edible oil, general cargo and coal were allotted berths at Multipurpose Terminal and Steel Jetty during the last 24 hours, says a PQA press release on Monday.

Meanwhile, two more ships with chemicals and containers also arrived at the outer anchorage. Three ships, Sakura, Princess Natalie and Min Noble were busy in unloading edible oil, general cargo and coal.

Cargo handling activity remained modest as a total tonnage of 16,019 tons consisting of imported goods including 9,370 tons of coal was handled.

Bow Fighter and CMA CGM Capella were awaiting berths at the outer anchorage.
