Published May 30, 2003

HYDERABAD, May 29: The Sindh National Council has hailed the World Bank report in which it has been stated that the Thal canal, Raini canal and Kucthi canal are not included in the 1991 water accord and that there is no consensus on projects, including Kalabagh dam.
