OKARA, May 23: Defence Minister Rao Sikandar Iqbal has held India responsible for delay in a dialogue.

Talking to newsmen here on his return from Turkey on Friday, he said the railway and air bus services would be the beginning of the relations between the two neighbours.

Replying to a question, he said Pakistan would not increase its defence budget, as it had no offensive designs. “Turkey has assured cooperation to Pakistan in good stead,” he added.

SHOT DEAD: Two brothers were shot dead here on Thursday.

Reports said Allah Ditta and Khaliq had a dispute with Riaz and some other people. On Thursday, the two brothers were on their way to their village when their rivals opened fire on them, killing them instantly.
