LAHORE: PML-N spokesman Senator Pervaiz Rashid has demanded the Election Commission immediately announce Balochistan results as the inordinate delay in this regard is causing concern.

In a statement on Sunday, Rashid drew attention of the ECP authorities toward the unrest being created in Balochistan that could affect the transparency and impartiality of the election process.

The Senator sought resolution of the issue by immediately announcing the results.

MANDATE: PML-N leader Khwaja Saad Rafiq has said his party will have to contact all those parties whom the masses have given mandate. He was talking to the media outside Nawaz Sharif’s Raiwind residence here on Sunday.

He told a questioner that the National Assembly session should be convened at the earliest so that the government formation process could be completed and the ruling party could initiate budget-making process.

Saad Rafique said the country was facing many problems which had to be resolved gradually. He said the PML-N was nobody’s enemy and it forgave the elements which had leveled various allegations against the party.
