PICIC lease financing

KARACHI, May 19: Pakistan Industrial Credit and Investment Corporation (PICIC) has so far approved Rs2.563bn for 284 contracts under lease financing by the end of April 2003.

PICIC managing director Muhammad Ali Khoja while speaking at the beginning of training course for MBAs at the management institute here on Monday said PICIC had disbursed Rs1.5bn against 201 lease contracts during 10 months of the current financial year.

PICIC has provided lease financing for the purchase plants, machinery, automobiles and medical equipment.—APP
