MAO College triumph

LAHORE, May 17: MAO College won the Eid Miland-un-Nabi hockey tournament beating Lahore Police 3-1 in the final at the Punjab University Old Campus Ground on Saturday.

Muhammad Abbas scored a field goal for the winners in the 10th minute to put them 1-0 ahead. The slim lead remained in order till the half time.

After the resumption, Lahore Police managed to restore the parity when their skipper Maqsood scored a field goal. MAO College, scored two quick goals one each through Azmat and Dilawer to make sure of victory.
