LAHORE, June 14: The Asian Football Confederation Legal Committee, headed by its Pakistani chairman Faisal Saleh Hayat, has approved the formation of AFC’s Ethics Committee.

The decision was taken at a meeting which was held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on Friday, a press release issued by the PFF said.

The meeting was attended by representatives from FIFA and AFC legal department as observers.

“Newly-elected president of AFC Sheikh Salman Bin Ebrahim Al Khalif graced the meeting,” the press release says.

The committee will have two chambers, namely Investigatory Chamber and Judicial Chamber.
