PESHAWAR, May 21: The police claimed to have busted a gang of car snatchers and the accused involved in a recent murder of a cab driver at Pishtakhara area.
Addressing a press conference here on Tuesday, the DSP, Hayatabad circle, Banaras Khan stated that few days ago a taxi driver, Umer Baz, was killed and his vehicle was taken away by the accused.
He added that they arrested one Adil of Nawa Kalae, who named another person, Rizwan, as his accomplice. The DSP said Rizwan along with the stolen vehicle was arrested from his residence. —Bureau
