UMERKOT, May 20: A man killed a married woman in Yousuf Bhatti village of Samaro taluka on Monday.

Samaro police said that 30-year-old Sohni, wife of Moolchand Kolhi, was shot dead by Sono Kolhi, who was arrested and the crime weapon was seized from him.

They said Sohni received a single bullet and died on the spot. The body was taken to the Umerkot taluka hospital for a post-mortem examination and the handed over to the heirs.
