Ayesha, Madina lose in semis

KARACHI, Aug 19 Top seed Ayesha Zafar and her fourth seed sibling Madina Zafar, both from Sindh, went down straight to unseeded players in the two girls' under-15 semi-finals of the 3rd DG Rangers Sindh National Juniors' Squash Championship at the Jahangir Khan Squash Complex on Wednesday.

Unseeded Sadia Gul of the PAF pulled off the biggest upset notching up an 11-3, 11-4, 11-4 victory over Ayesha while Punjab's Monisa got past Madina 11-9, 11-5, 11-7.

Barring an exception, top seeds in other events were through to the finals, to be played on Thursday.

Boys' under-13 semi-finals

Asim Khan (Punjab) bt Arif Gul (NWFP) 11-7, 11-13, 11-5, 12-10; Zeeshan Khan (PAF) bt Rishwan (PAF) 7-11, 11-4, 11-2, 8-11, 11-9.

Boys' under-11 semi-finals
