LAHORE The Pakistan Badminton Federation (PBF) on Friday named a six-member men and women badminton squad to participate in the Asian Badminton Championship being played from April 12 to 18 in New Delhi.

 

Players were selected on the basis of their performance in national events, a PBF spokesman said here.

In all, 20 Asian countries are taking part in the continent's premier badminton event.

“The squad will leave for India via the Wagah border on April 10 subject to government clearance,” he added.
