Kate Vyborny is an Associate Director of the DevLab at Duke. She completed her D.Phil. (Ph.D.) in Economics at the University of Oxford. She is also a Fellow of the Center for Economic Research in Pakistan and the Consortium for Development Policy Research in Pakistan. Her research interests include labour markets; urban development and public transportation; and micro evidence on the effectiveness of policies to improve institutional performance.
