EVERYONE in the media is talking about the Constitution and rule and law. Some rules should be formulated like at the time of issuance of CNIC an Urdu-translated copy of the Constitution should be given to the person receiving the CNIC.
It is quite logical that the language of the Constitution might not be easily understandable. However, when people will start reading it they will start realising how the system works.
