ISLAMABAD: After a notification issued by OGRA, the price of petroleum products and CNG will be decreased for one week, DawnNews reported.

According to the notification, the price of petrol has been reduced by Rs6 per litre. The price of CNG has been reduced in region-I by Rs5.49 per kilogram and in region-II by Rs5.02 per kilogram.

The new price of petrol is now Rs102.45 per litre. High Speed diesel has been reduced by Rs14 and now stands at Rs113.16 per litre.

Light diesel has been reduced by Rs0.95 and is now at Rs96.22 per litre. Kerosene was reduced by Rs0.40 and is now Rs109.23 per litre.

In Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan and Potohar the price of CNG is Rs93.79 per kilogram. In Sindh and Punjab CNG is now at Rs85.68 per kilogram.

The new prices will go into effect at 12 midnight on October 1st, according to the notification.
