Boating banned

ISLAMABAD, Sept 6: Sub-Divisional Magistrate Secretariat Nauman Yousuf has issued orders, banning the mechanical/motorised boating at Rawal Dam following complaints of contamination and pollution in the lake, endangering human life and health.

Sub-Divisional Magistrate Secretariat Sub-Division, Islamabad, Nauman Yousuf has issued these orders in exercise of the powers conferred on him under Section 144, CrPC 1898 and prohibited mechanical/motorised boating in Rawal Dam.

This order will come into force with immediate effect and remain in force for a period of two months. — APP
