HYDERABAD, July 7: Hyderabad qualified for the PCB Regional Inter-district U-19 Championship final with a massive eight-wicket win over Dadu at district ground in Dadu on Friday.

Batting first, Dadu scored 153 all out in 47 overs. Kashif Vighio scored 33 runs, Nidam Ali 29 and Farman Ali 25. For Hyderabad, leg-spinner Mohsin Khan bowled exceptionally well to grab six wickets for 47. Masood Beg took two for 31.

Hyderabad, in reply, totalled 177 in their first innings before being dismissed after consuming 61.1 overs

as Shahbaz Ahmed scored 66 and Mohsin Khan 31.

Dadu’s Mohammad Naeem claimed 5-58 and Ali Murtaza 3-64.

Conceding a 24-run lead, Dadu posted 160 all out off 43.1 overs in their second innings. Farman Ali top-scored with 36 while Dildar Ali accumulated 31. Mohammad Usama, Shahbaz Ahmed and Masood Beg shared two wickets each.

Hyderabad achieved the 137-run target for loss of two wickets in 21.2 overs as Mohammad Khalid hit an unbeaten knock of 88 studded with 16 fours and one six.
