LAHORE, June 12: A man strangled his wife over suspicion in Old Tajpura area of Manga Mandi on Tuesday.
Reports said Shoaib suspected that his wife, Sajida Bibi, 22, had relations with a youth.
On Tuesday, he strangled her after a quarrel over the issue and fled the scene.
The couple was married some seven months ago.
The police sent the body for autopsy and registered a case against the alleged killer on the complaint of Sajida’s mother Taj Bibi.
