ISLAMABAD: Secretary Information of Pakistan Peoples Party, Qamar Zaman Kaira on Tuesday said that the price hike does not have an impact on the middle class of the society as they had other resources to manage their affairs.

The poor segment of the society can face the price hike or inflation problem as they have little resources to manage their daily affairs, he said.

Talking to a private television channel, Qamar Zaman Kaira said that the government had raised the salaries of the employees which is a record in the history of the country.

The business class are generating handsome income through their businesses, he observed. He said that price hike is a global and domestic phenomenon which affects the common man on one way or the other.
