Plantation drive

ABBOTTABAD, Jan 31: At least 1.5 million saplings would be planted during the upcoming tree plantation campaign in the Abbottabad district. This was informed during a meeting chaired by District Coordination Officer Syed Imtiaz Hussain Shah. The meeting was attended by the officials of forest, agriculture and education departments, TMO, and representatives of NGOs.

The meeting decided that students of all government and private schools and colleges would be involved in the campaign to achieve the target.—Correspondent
